Terry Penza
is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of the North Shore -
Barrington Association of REALTORS® in Illinois. She has been as
association executive since 1976..
A speaker at many IAR and NAR functions, she has been an instructor for the Illinois REALTORS® Institute.
In 1986, she became a Certified Professional Standards procedures Instructor for NAR, and attained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) professional designation in the same year. In 1991 Terry was in the first class to earn NAR's new REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designations. She earned her GRI in 1973. She was among the first group of inductees to the Bud Smith AE Leadership Society. In 2005 Terry received the Illinois Distinguished Service Award
